A West Virginia Air National Guard member, not identified for security reasons, helps set up a medical clinic in the abandoned company town of Playas in isolated southwest New Mexico. The clinic will be used to treat personnel participating in Operation Jump Start, the National Guard's support to the Customs and Border Patrol.
