Brigadier General Wilbur E. Wolf III is responsible for managing programs and operations for the Pennsylvania Joint Staff and overseeing issues that impact 19,000 members of the Pennsylvania National Guard. The joint programs include Deployment Cycle Services, Civil Support Team, Homeland Response Force, State Partnership Program, Counter Drug Task Force and Military Support to Civil Authorities. He also assists The Adjutant General in coordinating the Department of Veterans Affairs, Facilities and Engineering and the Office of Administration. General Wolf is dual-hatted as Deputy Commanding General, Army National Guard, United States Army Intelligence Center of Excellence and Fort Huachuca, Arizona. As DCG (ARNG) USAICoE supports the priorities of the Chief National Guard Bureau and Director of Army National Guard and represents the equities of the National Guard in the Army Intelligence Community and the greater DoD and Federal Intelligence Enterprise. Coordinate and facilitate between ARNG, NGB, USAICoE and other stakeholders to implement specific lines of effort focused on training, equipping, and missioning for individual National Guard Soldiers and National Guard Units.

General Wolf was commissioned in 1985 through the Reserve Officers' Training Corps at West Virginia University, Morgantown, West Virginia. He was a Distinguished Military Graduate and received a Regular Army Commission in the Aviation Branch. He served on active duty for over nine years as a Dual-Rated Army Aviator (Fixed and Rotary Wing) and Dual-Branch (Aviation and Military Intelligence) branch qualified officer. General Wolf has since served in the Rhode Island and Pennsylvania National Guard in key command and staff assignments as an Aviation, Military Intelligence, and Infantry Officer including Military Intelligence Battalion Command, Heavy Brigade Combat Team Command and as both Division G2 and G3. His most recent assignment was Assistant Division Commander - Maneuver, 28th Infantry Division, Pennsylvania National Guard. General Wolf is certified as a Dual Status Commander.
