Brigadier General Ward serves as a Department of the Air Force Civilian as the Engineering Division Chief, Civil Engineering Directorate, 72nd Air Base Wing, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Responsible for design, construction, planning, programming, energy management, facility operations and maintenance for a major United States Air Force maintenance and logistics depot occupying 5,000 acres with over 700 facilities totaling over 19 million square feet.
