Civilian firefighters from U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Ansbach Fire and Emergency Services conducted Technical Rescue Training, November 27-30, 2017 at the Urlas Fire Fighting Training Center. Ansbach Fire and Emergency Services Chief of Operations Mr. Peter Wittmann was on site to observe the firefighters while training, as they used an hydraulic operated winch and manual operated jack hoist with idler pulley to secure a crashed vehicle.
