Soldiers from the United States' 1/2 Cavalry Regiment and Romania's 114th Armored Battalion team up during a river crossing exercise during Saber Guardian 17. Once the floating bridge was constructed, several Romanian air, land and sea units provided fire support to clear the way for the 1/2 Cavalry and 114th Armored Battalion so they could cross the Danube River and continue their mission.
