Muscle Activation
Preparation:
The Marine will start standing tall with hands by their sides.
Execution:
The Marine will hinge forward at the hips, keeping one foot on the ground and allowing the other to rise straight back. The extended leg should be in line with the hips and the shoulders squared to the deck. The Marine will lower the leg, step forward, and repeat on the other side.
Common Mistakes: - Twisting the hips and/or shoulders
