436th Airlift Wing

Ramp operations personnel assigned to the 436th Aerial Port Squadron along with 137th Airlift Squadron loadmasters from Stewart Air National Guard Base, Newburgh, N.Y., load five vehicles on a C-17 Globemaster III Jan. 11, 2019, at Dover Air Force Base, Del. The vehicles belong to the Delaware National Guard's 31st Civil Support Team, Weapons of Mass Destruction headquartered in Smyrna, Del. The vehicles and team members were being airlifted to Florida to support the Florida National Guard during a large-scale training exercise Jan. 14-18. The 31st CST maintains the capability to mitigate the consequences of any WMD or Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical event, whether natural or man-made.
