National Guard State Partnership Program: 2026 Year in Review

TThe DOW National Guard State Partnership Program strengthens relationships with partner nations through military-to-military engagements that build trust, enhance readiness and interoperability, and advance shared security. Over the past year, more than 1,000 National Guard Soldiers and Airmen supported more than 1,500 engagements with partners around the world, including training and exchanges focused on emergency response, cybersecurity, resilience, collaboration and innovation.
