Spc. David Alvarez, human resource specialist, New York City Forward Assessment Sustainment Team, gives a Mother's Day shout out to his mother in Santurce, Puerto Rico, from the Javits Center, New York City, N.Y.
Alvarez is a human resource specialist assigned to 510th Human Resource Company, 10th Headquarters and Special Troops Battalion, 10th Mountain Division Sustainment Brigade, based out of Fort Drum, N.Y.
U.S. Northern Command, through U.S. Army North, remains committed to providing flexible Department of Defense support to the Federal Emergency Management Agency for the whole-of-nation COVID-19 response.
