BRIGADIER GENERAL STANLEY L. PRUETT

slp.jpg (4558 bytes)Brigadier General Brigadier General Stanley L. Pruett is the Assistant Adjutant General, Air for the Alabama Air National Guard. He serves as the senior liaison between the Adjutant General of Alabama and the Commander, Alabama Air National Guard on the status of air programs and the readiness of assigned personnel and equipment.

General Pruett was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in December of 1968 and entered pilot training in March of 1969. He has served the Alabama Air National Guard in such key positions as Flight Commander, Operations Officer, Squadron Commander, Assistant Director of Operations, Director of Operations, Wing Vice Commander, and Wing Commander. He assumed his present position as Assistant Adjutant General for Air, Headquarters Alabama Air National Guard on 13 January 1999.
