BRIGADIER GENERAL FRANK R. CARLINI

 

Deputy Commander - Joint Force Headquarters

Brigadier General Frank R Carlini assumed duties as the Deputy Commander-Joint Force Headquarters, New Jersey on 1 August 2005. As Deputy Commander, he has overall Responsibility for the Joint Staff as well as oversight of the 57th Troop Command and the 254th Regiment (RTI).

The General's active military service began in 1969. He was commissioned as infantry officer following Officer Candidate School. Prior to this assignment, General Carlini served as the Commander of the 254th Regiment (RTI) and more recently Chief of Staff, New Jersey Army National Guard. In that capacity, General Carlini was responsible for the day to day operations of the organizations and supervision of the full-time support force.
