Major General Theodore
F. Mallory III is assigned as the Air National Guard assistant to the commander, Air
Education and Training Command. His responsibilities include advising the commander of the
Air Education and Training Command on the role of the Air National Guard in the total
force.
He began his military career in July 1965, after completing Officer Training School. Prior to being selected for his present position, he has served in positions as squadron commander, deputy commander for maintenance, vice chief of staff, wing commander, and chief of staff. He is a command pilot with over 15,000 flying hours, military and civilian combined.
