CIVILIAN OCCUPATION
Serves as the Assistant Adjutant General and primary advisor to The Adjutant General for matters pertaining to the New Jersey Army National Guard (NJARNG). Responsible for direct supervision of 6 Major Subordinate Commands to include an Infantry Brigade Combat Team and a Regional Support Group. Develops and implements programs and policies to ensure the 6,200 Soldiers of the NJARNG are operationally, administratively, and medically ready to support federal and state missions.
