CIVILIAN OCCUPATION
Serves as the County Engineer for Cass County, North Dakota and is civil engineer with 22 years of experience. Engineering duties include infrastructure management worth nearly $750 million. Manages a $20 million budget and a staff of 95 full and part time staff. Serves as a Senior Technical Advisor for the $3.2 billion Fargo-Moorhead Area Flood Diversion Project, the first of its kind demonstration Private-Public-Partnership project for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
