BRIGADIER GENERAL JENNIFER R. KONDAL
Brigadier Jennifer R. Kondal is Director, Joint Intelligence Directorate at National Guard Bureau, the Pentagon, Arlington VA. She is responsible for support to the Chief, National Guard Bureau for intelligence matters. She additionally supports the 54 states, territories, and the District of Columbia Joint Headquarters functions.
Brig Gen Kondal enlisted in the Air National Guard in 1990. She earned her commission through the Academy of Military Science in 1995. She has held numerous positions as an intelligence officer, including unit-level support for KC-135 and F-16 flying missions. She was an Operations Support Squadron Commander as part of the Distributed Common Ground System mission, the Air National Guard (ANG) Assistant to the Director of the National Reconnaissance Office, and the Director of Intelligence, Operations, and Communications for the New York ANG. She was also the Deputy Director of ANG Operations for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance at the Air National Guard Readiness Center. She was the Commander, the I.G. Brown Training and Education Center. She has additionally served as a government civilian in the Office of the Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. Prior to her current position, she was the Vice Commander of the Air National Guard Readiness Center, Joint Base Andrews, Maryland.
