CIVILIAN OCCUPATION
Currently serve as the Program Manager for the Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) Civil Liberties Program. Identify and address civil liberties and privacy issues within over 1,000 plus HQDA operating systems ensuring 100% compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974; while protecting individual Privacy and Civil Liberties. Provide investigative guidance; assistance, and conduct compliance inspections to 65 Army Major Commands (MACOMS,) Army Service Component Commands (ASCCs) and HQDA Direct Reporting Units (DRUs).
