CIVILIAN OCCUPATION
Currently, a PhD Candidate in International Relations at the University of Alabama, researching deterrence strategies for small power states facing gray zone threats from an aggressor who is attempting to avoid retaliation from that small power’s extended deterrer.

18 years of civilian experience (2006-2024) in the maritime port industry, predominantly in operations roles, including Assistant Vice President of Operations for Watco Terminal and Port Services; accredited Maritime Port Executive.​
