CIVILIAN OCCUPATION
Appointed as the Director of Public Works and Environmental Services for the City of East Lansing, Michigan in 2014. Develop and executes an annual budget of over $80 million a year, responsible for the operation of regional utilities serving a population of over 150,000, municipal services, capital improvements, asset management, and community resiliency. Serve on regional and state level boards and commissions for transportation and infrastructure funding and policy.
