CIVILIAN OCCUPATION
Appointed as the Director of Public Works and Environmental Services for the City of East Lansing, Michigan in 2014. Responsible for a budget of over $50 M a year and the operation of a regional waste water service authority and serve on the board of the regional water authority, providing service to a population of over 100,000. Appointed by the Governor of Michigan to serve on the state’s Water Asset Management Council.
