CIVILIAN OCCUPATION
Serves as the principal staff officer and advisor to the Adjutant General (TAG), Deputy Adjutant General (DAG) and the Army Commander (AC). Synchronizes and directs the work of the coordinating joint and army staff directorates, special staff and personal staff. Serves as the senior officer responsible for the fulltime force communicating daily with the fulltime staff directors and officers-in-charge of the subordinate commands to ensure alignment at all levels with the priorities of leadership.
