Director of the Joint Staff for the Hawaii National Guard. Serve as the Senior federal full-time Hawaii National Guard Management Official and principal Executive Advisor to the Adjutant General of Hawaii. Manage Hawaii National Guard joint military functions and operations. Direct the administration, coordination, planning, development, command and control, execution, and supervision of all Joint Staff Programs that prepare the state for contingency operations in a federal or state emergency, including man-made or natural disasters and federal military mobilizations.
