CIVILIAN OCCUPATION
United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS), National Security and Intelligence Law Senior Attorney/Command Legal Advisor, Norfolk, Virginia. Responsible for policy and legislative proposals associated with national security, maritime and intelligence law matters. Operate closely with other intelligence agencies for matters aligned with DHS legal jurisdiction. Overall responsibility to develop and coordinate legal analysis regarding national security, maritime and intelligence law issues, specifically counterterrorism, counterintelligence, foreign disclosure and intelligence oversight in concert with other senior leadership levels.
