BRIGADIER GENERAL RICK L. MUTCHLER

Brig. Gen. Rick L. Mutchler was the Chief of Staff at Oklahoma Air National Guard, Joint Force Headquarters, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was the principle advisor to The Adjutant General for all Oklahoma Air National Guard matters. Additionally, General Mutchler was responsible for the combat readiness and operational effectiveness for all Oklahoma Air National Guard units and more than 2,300 airmen in two wings positioned to support community, state, and federal missions.

General Mutchler received his commission in 2000 through the Academy of Military Science in Knoxville, Tennessee after serving 16 years in the enlisted force, all in Logistics. He has deployed in support of numerous operations including Provide Promise, Joint Forge, Enduring Freedom, and Combined Joint Task Force Horn of Africa. Prior to his current position, General Mutchler served as the Vice Commander, 137th Special Operations Wing in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
