CIVILIAN OCCUPATION
Retired/Active Circuit Judge, State of South Carolina. The Circuit Court is the state's highest trial court. The Court has general and concurrent jurisdiction over Civil and Criminal proceedings throughout the State of South Carolina. Circuit Court judges are elected by the General Assembly to staggered terms of six years. Subject Officer also exercises Chief Administrative duties for Greenville and Pickens Counties as required.
