BRIGADIER GENERAL BARBARA C. MORROW

Brig Gen Barbara C. Morrow serves as Assistant Adjutant General - Air, California National Guard. As Assistant Adjutant General-Air, she is an advisor to The Adjutant General on all programs, strategic planning, and operations affecting the California Air National Guard including five wings and over 4500 military and civilian personnel serving at ten locations.

General Morrow was commissioned Feb 1992 through the Academy of Military Science, Knoxville, Tenn. General Morrow is an accomplished commander who has led three Groups and served as the Vice Commander of the 152nd Wing. She served as a National Defense Fellow and has had a variety of assignments on the National Guard Bureau Staff and Headquarters Air Force Staff. Prior to assuming her current duties, she was the Chief, National Guard Bureau Office of Equity and Inclusion, Arlington, VA.
