Commander, 228th Signal Brigade
Brigadier General Thomas L. Sinclair assumed duties as Commander, 228th Signal Brigade on June 26, 2001. As Commander, he formulates and announces policies governing the operations of the staff and subordinate battalions of his Brigade.
The General's active military service began in 1969. He was commissioned an infantry officer from the Clemson University ROTC department. Prior to this assignment, General Sinclair served as the Chief of the Mobilization Division of South Carolina and most recently as the Deputy Commander of the 228th Signal Brigade.
