CIVILIAN OCCUPATION
Responsible for the oversight and administration of over 4,200 Soldiers and Airmen in the North Dakota National Guard. Responsible for the operational readiness of the Joint Force Headquarters and the synchronizing all state and interagency entities within the Office of the Adjutant General to include state administrative services (Fiscal Services and the State Human Resource Office) and ND Cares. Manages the North Dakota National Guard’s Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC) and State Equal Employment Manager (SEEM) and provides oversight to those programs. Serves as the chairperson of the NDNG’s Case Management Group (CMG) and the State Budget Advisory Committee (SBAC), also serves as the Vice Chair for the Governor’s Joint Military Museum Advisory Council (JMMAC). Provides liaison with local, state, and national elected officials, governmental agencies and non-governmental agencies and serves as the principal policy and legislative advisor to the Adjutant General.
