CIVILIAN OCCUPATION
Accountant / Real Estate Developer. As an accountant, he worked for the Federal Bureau of Prisons as the Accounting Supervisor from December 1992 to March 1997. From March 1997 to December 1999, he worked as Puerto Rico's Deputy Secretary of Corrections were he managed approximately 10,000 employees, 25,000 inmates, and annual operational/construction budget of approximately $500 million dollars. Today, as a Real Estate Developer,which is the family's business, he developes and rents commercial properties.
