Brigadier General Marc A. Sicard
Brigadier General Marc A. Sicard is Assistant Adjutant General - Air and Commander of the Arkansas Air National Guard. He is the principle advisor to The Adjutant General of all Arkansas Air National Guard matters. He is also responsible for the combat readiness and operational effectiveness for all Arkansas Air National Guard units.
Gen. Sicard received his commission after completing Reserve Officer Training Corps at Florida State University in 1991. Brig. Gen. Sicard transferred from Active Duty and joined the Arkansas Air National Guard in 2003. He served as a C-130 Evaluator Pilot, wing Chief of Safety, 189th Maintenance Squadron and 189th Maintenance Group Command, 189th Vice Wing Commander, and Director of Staff, Arkansas Air National Guard. He has accumulated more than 2,700 flying hours in the C-130. General Sicard has flown missions in support of Operations Southern Watch, Joint Guardian, and Joint Forge, and civil relief efforts following Hurricane Katrina. He also served as the U. S. Central Command Deputy Director of Mobility Forces, supporting Operations Resolute Support, Freedom's Sentinel and Inherent Resolve.
