Brigadier General Kevin T. McManaman
Brig Gen. Kevin T. McManaman served as the Chief of Staff, Connecticut Air National Guard. He was responsible for the integration, management and coordination of military operations involving Air National Guard units in Connecticut, to include the 103d Airlift Wing and 103d Air Control Squadron. In addition, he is Acting Chairman of National Airspace Executive Council.
General McManaman was commissioned in 1989 as a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy. He is a decorated combat veteran having flown Combat and Combat Support Missions in Operations Provide Comfort, Deny Flight, Southern Watch, Iraqi Freedom, and Enduring Freedom. General McManaman transitioned from the active-duty Air Force in 1998 to the Connecticut Air National Guard as an A-10 pilot with the 118th Fighter Squadron. As a Guardsman, he served as a Flight Commander, Chief of Stan-Eval, Director of Operations, Squadron Commander, and Operations Group Commander.
