CIVILIAN OCCUPATION
Assistant Adjutant General in the Military Division of the Massachusetts Executive Office of Public Safety and Security - Hanscom Air Force Base. General Magurn II serves as the principle advisor to the Adjutant General on issues or matters that affect the Massachusetts Army National Guard. He is responsible for liaison with external partners, to include State and Federal governmental agencies, the National Guard Bureau, as well as the strategic relationship through the State's Partnership Program with the Republics of Paraguay and Kenya. His assignment ensures that the organization fulfills its assigned missions and priorities, while adhering to all statutory, regulatory and policy requirements. General Magurn represents the Adjutant General and the Massachusetts Army National Guard in a variety of forums which impact the Massachusetts National Guard, its citizen soldiers, and their families.
