BRIGADIER GENERAL ANN M. GREENLEE

 

Director, Joint Staff, Hawaii Joint Force Headquarters

Brigadier General Ann M. Greenlee is the Director of Joint Staff - Joint Force Headquarters, Hawaii National Guard. Her responsibilities include serving as the principle advisor to the Adjutant General managing the development, execution, and evaluation of programs and policies pertaining to the command, control, operation and management of the Joint functions at State Headquarters. Supervising the Hawaii Joint Staff, she ensures readiness of forces to support federal missions and executes homeland defense, defense support to civilian authorities and other domestic emergency missions within the State of Hawaii.

General Greenlee received her commission in April 1981 as an honor graduate from the Air Force Officer Training School. She has had active duty tours as a personnel officer at a major command level, as a base level services and personnel officer and as a Reserve Officer Training Corps assistant professor of aerospace science. General Greenlee joined the Hawaii Air National Guard in 1992 and has served in various positions at wing and state headquarters levels including personnel officer, executive officer, Director of Staff Headquarters Hawaii Air National Guard, Chief of Staff, Hawaii Joint Force Headquarters, and as Assistant Adjutant General - Air. She has commanded at detachment, group, and state headquarters levels. She serves on the Air National Guard Strategic Planning System Executive Council and on the National Guard Joint Diversity Executive Council.
