Chief
of Staff, United States Forces Korea
Major General David B. Enyeart is Chief of Staff, United States Forces Korea. He interacts with senior civilian and military leaders of the United States and Republic of Korea, other foreign governments, international organizations, press, industry, private volunteer organizations and non-governmental organizations. His duties include directing, planning, coordinating and integrating actions of the Joint Staff while directly supporting national objectives to maintain stability on the Korean Peninsula in order to deflect potential attackers. General Enyeart is responsible to Commander, United States Forces Korea for protecting United States forces from attack or hostile incursions.
General Enyeart received his commission through Officer Candidate School on June 29, 1985.
