BRIGADIER GENERAL JAMES M. ROBINSON

 

Assistant Adjutant General - Army, Missouri National Guard

Brigadier General James M. Robinson is Assistant Adjutant General-Army, Missouri National Guard. He is responsible for command and control of Missouri Army National Guard Direct Reporting Units and separate units, to include the Special Troops Battalion 140th Regional Training Institute, Training Site Command, 27th Recruiting and Retention Battalion, 4175th Criminal Investigative Division Detachment, 7th Weapons of Mass Destruction Civil Support Team, 135th Military History Detachment, 70th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment, Counter Drug and Medical Command. He also serves as the Chairman of the Missouri National Guard Safety Council, State Diversity Council, and Environmental Quality Control Council. General Robinson's prior assignment was Army National Guard Assistant to The Judge Advocate General, Army.

General Robinson was a Reserve Officer Training Corps scholarship student and Distinguished Military Graduate at Southwest Missouri State University when commissioned in 1979.
