Brigadier General Patrick L. Martin is the Assistant Adjutant General - Air, North Dakota National Guard. General Martin also serves as Chief, Joint Staff for North Dakota's Joint Force Headquarters.
General Martin was commissioned in 1985 through the Academy of Military Science at McGee Tyson Air National Guard Base, Knoxville, Tennessee. Prior to receiving his commission, General Martin served as an enlisted member of the United States Navy as well as an enlisted member of the North Dakota Air National Guard.
