Brigadier General Frank W. Dulfer is the Director, Joint Staff, New Jersey National Guard, and also serves as the Deputy Commander, Joint Task Force-Military Support to Civil Authority.
General Dulfer was commissioned in 1980 through the New Jersey Officer Candidate School. His command assignments include the 2nd Battalion, 102nd Armor and the 254th Regiment (Combat Arms). General Dulfer served on active duty as an enlisted member of the 649th Engineer Battalion (Topo).
