Brigadier General Thomas E. Beron currently serves as the Land Component Commander of the Louisiana National Guard.
He was commissioned in 1984 through the Reserve Officer Training Corps program at Louisiana State University. He has served in a wide variety of command and staff positions as a traditional Guardsman and on active duty.
