Brigadier General Michael R. Nevin is the Commanding General, 177th Military Police Brigade, Michigan Army National Guard, located in Taylor, Michigan.
General Nevin was commissioned in 1982 through the Reserve Officer Training Corps Training program at Michigan State University. Prior to his commissioning, he began his career by enlisting in the 180th Transportation Company, United States Army Reserve.
