BRIGADIER GENERAL TIMOTHY I. SULLIVAN

 

Deputy Commander, Joint Forces Headquarters of Florida , Florida Army National Guard

Brigadier General Timothy I. Sullivan assumed the duties as Deputy Commander of Joint Forces Headquarters of Saint Augustine, Florida on 7 July 2005. Since this time, General Sullivan has also served as the Commander of the 83d Troop Command in Tallahassee. He holds a Masters of Strategic Studies from the US Army War College and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Citadel.

General Sullivan received a Regular Army commission from the Citadel in 1976. Over the years has held numerous positions at all levels including four years on active duty as a Pershing Missile officer in Germany. Since 1985, General Sullivan has been a proud member of the Florida Army National Guard. General Sullivan's past assignments include Commander, 50th Area Support Group, Team Chief 32nd AAMDC, Commander 1/265 ADA, and Operations Officer 164th Air Defense Artillery.
