BRIGADIER GENERAL ALLISON A. HICKEY

 

Brigadier General Allison A. Hickey is the director for the Directorate of Total Force Integration, deputy chief of staff for Plans and Programs, Headquarters United States Air Force. She oversees the development, advocacy and leadership of the implementation of Total Force Integration concepts, initiatives, and polices for the Air Force. She is responsible for the day-to-day staff operations, personnel actions, and policies of the Directorate of Total Force Integration

General Hickey is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, Class of 1980, with the first class to admit women, as well as the National War College in 1999. She has served in all three of the Air Force components - Active Duty, Air Force Reserve and Air National Guard - at the unit, state, National Guard Bureau and Air Staff levels. She has logged more than 1500 hours in the KC-135A and KC-10A as an aircraft commander and pilot and more than 13 years in Washington DC in the field of Strategic Planning.
