BRIGADIER GENERAL CHARLES E. GIBSON

Commander, 60th Troop Command, North Carolina Army National Guard

Brigadier General Charles E. Gibson assumed duties as Commanding General, 60th Troop Command, North Carolina Army National Guard, on 17 September 2001. He is responsible for the training and mobilization readiness of the approximately 3100 soldiers in his command. Brigadier General Gibson is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Winthrop University and the U.S. Army War College.
