BRIGADIER GENERAL LARRY V. LUNT
Brigadier General Larry V. Lunt is the assistant adjutant general who also serves as the commander, Utah Air National Guard, Salt Lake City, Utah.
As commander, he assists the adjutant general in formulating, developing, and coordinating all programs, policies, and plans affecting the 1,500-member Utah Air National Guard.
The general received his commission through the Utah Air National Guard. He served in the Air Force Reserve from 1986 until 1997 when he returned to the Air National Guard.
He served as the assistant adjutant general for air for two years prior to assuming command of the Utah Air National Guard in 2000.
He is a command pilot with more than 1,950 flying hours.
