Edgewood, Maryland - Warrant Officer Karinn Hemingway, a 110th Information Operations Battalion information services technician, commissions as Maryland Army National Guard warrant officer during graduation and pinning ceremony hosted by the 70th Regional Training Institute on Oct. 19, 2019, at the Warrant Officer Candidate School in Edgewood, Maryland. Hemingway was selected as a specialist to become a technical warrant officer based on her extensive information technology experience in both the civilian and military worlds.
