CIVILIAN OCCUPATION
Serves as the primary advisor to executive leadership on programs and strategic priorities related to veterans and military affairs. Leads Accenture and Accenture Federal Services' (AFS) efforts to develop and implement a comprehensive, firm-wide strategy to assist veterans, military families, and those still serving, particularly in the areas of employment, business development philanthropic giving. Direct a synchronized enterprise strategy and complement of programs to attract, recruit, and hire; grow and develop; and retain talent from military community constituencies that spans our HR/Recruiting, AFS, US Corporate Citizenship, Military Employee Resource Groups, and local market activities.
