MAFFS training underway in California

Sacramento, Calif. - Aerial firefighters from four C-130 airlift wings operating the USDA Forest Service’s Modular Airborne Fire Fighting System (MAFFS) started a weeklong training at McClellan Reload Base in Sacramento, California on April 23, 2018, in anticipation of summer blazes.
