Pease Crew Flies Record KC-46 Endurance Mission

Jordan Gauvin, a pilot with the 157th Air Refueling Wing, Pease Air National Guard Base, New Hampshire Air National Guard, guides a KC-46A Pegasus over the Pacific Ocean during a 36-hour endurance mission, Nov. 16, 2022. The long-duration sortie took place Nov. 16-17 and was crewed by active duty and Air National Guard Airmen from Pease, who flew the jet nonstop from New Hampshire, across North America and the Pacific Ocean, around Guam, and home.

NH Airman Honored for Deployment Duties, Aiding Crash Victim

Staff Sgt. Reese Bassett, an air transportation member with the 157th Logistics Readiness Squadron, earned the 2021 Chief Master Sgt. Tommy Downs Award for his mentorship efforts and commitment to the 2T2 career field. Bassett broke the 2T2 movement record while deployed to Afghanistan and responded to a three-car vehicle crash while driving home from work in New Hampshire.

Jeff Delorey, the superintendent of health services with the 157th Medical Group, runs a 24-mile leg of the For Rangers Ultramarathon Sept. 14, 2022, in Kenya, Africa. Delorey finished first out of 60 competitors during the 143-mile, five-day race.

Two F/A-18 Super Hornets of the U.S. Navy's Blue Angels flight squadron fly alongside a Pease KC-46A Pegasus refueler Dec. 12, 2020, in Georgia airspace. The jets were refueled for a flyover at the Army-Navy Game in West Point, N.Y. The Pease aircrew teamed with another KC-46A from McConnell AFB, Kan.
